Aerolite Lyndsay 10 ans est un single malt tourbé d'une distillerie non divulguée sur l'île d'Islay et mis en bouteille par l'embouteilleur indépendant Atom Brands
Le whisky mûrit depuis 10 ans, le mélange de whisky se compose de 3 fûts différents
1) 70% baril de bourbon
2) 25% de quarter casks de sherry en chêne espagnol
3) 5% de fût mystérieux
Mis en bouteille à 46%, c'est un délicieux whisky.
Oh, et le nom? Si vous ne l'avez pas encore résolu, Aerolite Lyndsay est en fait une anagramme des mots "ten year old Islay"!
NOTE DE DÉGUSTATION
Nez: beaucoup de tourbe maritime, avec des notes d'iode mélangées à du miel, du paprika et du caramel salé.
Bouche: fumée, chocolat noir à la menthe, cuir neuf et miel.
Finale: bonbons à la menthe, réglisse, fumée de feu avec une pincée de sel.

De whisky heeft 10 jaar gerijpt, de blend van whisky bestaat uit 3 verschillende vaten
1) 70% bourbon vat
2) 25% Spaanse eikenhouten sherry quarter casks
3) 5% mysterieus vat
Gebotteld op 46% is het een heerlijke whisky.

PROEFNOTITIES
Neus: veel maritiem turf, met tonen van jodium vermengd met honing, paprika en gezouten karamel.
Smaak: rook, donkere chocolade met munt, nieuw leer en honing.
Afdronk: muntsnoepjes, zoethout, vuurrook met een snufje zout.

Aerolite Lyndsay 10 ans is a peated single malt from an undisclosed distillery on the Isle of Islay and bottled by the independent bottler Atom Brands
The whiskey has been maturing for 10 years, the blend of whiskey consists of 3 different barrels
1) 70% bourbon barrel
2) 25% Spanish oak sherry quarter casks
3) 5% mysterious cask
Bottled at 46%, it is a delicious whiskey.
Oh, and the name? If you haven't already solved it yet, Aerolite Lyndsay is actually an anagram of the words "ten year old islay"!
TASTING NOTES
Nose: lots of maritime peat, with notes of iodine mixed with honey, paprika and salted caramel.
Palate: smoke, dark chocolate with mint, new leather and honey.
Finish: mint candies, liquorice, fire smoke with a pinch of salt.
